The Isle of Man is a respected offshore jurisdiction with a solid reputation in online gambling. Licences are issued by the Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC) under the Online Gambling Regulation Act; the regulator is known for strict requirements on operators' financial soundness, protection of player funds (account segregation), anti-money-laundering and game fairness. Thanks to a stable legal system, a favourable tax regime and developed infrastructure, the island attracts operators as well as gaming-software and payment providers. There is little land-based gambling tourism. Settlements are mainly in pounds sterling, with a wide range of payment methods supported. For players a GSC licence is a marker of a reliable, well-regulated operator, though the ultimate protection also depends on the legislation of their country of residence.
Online play is not permitted in Isle of Man, so the atlas runs in reference mode here: we publish no links to gaming sites and do not encourage play. The current rules are broken down in the "Regulation" block at the top of the page.
Our atlas lists 0 online casinos relevant to this jurisdiction. The list is updated every quarter.
We weigh the licence and how well it's recognised in the jurisdiction, the brand's real availability to the country's players, payout speed, local payment methods and the operator's reputation.
